Distinguished Alumnae Award honorees named for 2014

Beaumont School has named the winners of this year's Distinguished Alumnae Awards, who will be honored in an award ceremony on Wednesday, December 10 at 6:30 p.m. in Beaumont's St. Angela Merici Chapel.

The award recipients are:

  • Mary Lou Deucher Fuerst '57
  • Sharon Latkovich Valente '75
  • Ericka Ames Owens '89

These three recipients were chosen by a panel of Beaumont alumnae from a pool of nominations. Nominees must be a Beaumont alumna who graduated ten or more years ago, and must embody the Ursuline Tradition of life, leadership, and service, facing life with faith and dignity.

The Distinguished Alumnae Award was created during the 2000-2001 school year to honor Beaumont's sesquicentennial. The award was established to recognize Beaumont School graduates who embody the ideals of the Beaumont Community by pursuing a Christian life of leadership and service to society.
